Shipping Policy

We process in-stock orders within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated transit time is normally 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and peak-season conditions.

Delivery

Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout before payment. When an order ships, we send a confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
